This is regular cleanings for owners with short term rentals. We have serviced one bedroom porperties up to 14 bedrooms. We have experience in luxury properties as well as owners that just prefer things a certain way! We supply linen and toiletries if needed!

Those every so often cleans that need a little extra attention! We touch any and everything that can be touched. We also wash anything that is washable. Moving all furniture and your big appliances is a must! During this time, we organize and even label the kitchen cabinets. We take notes of damages or things the properties are lacking.

Not only do we inpsect after our own cleaners but we help others as well. Inspectors are an extra pair of eyes to insure the property is a perfect as it can be for each and every guest. We do one time inspections as well as on going inspections. We not only check the property is clean we insure filters are routinely changed and we check for damages as well. Pictures are sent by request after each inspection.

Recently the city started to charge for dumping trash. This has been a hassle with trash being dumped on the side of the road. Even cleaners getting properties done late because of the drive to the only dump we can use. We have started a trash removal service. Pickup is twice a week for one low monthly fee.

If needed, we also offer one time pick up. We also do bulk pickup including things like furniture and hot tubs. 

We take care of lawns anyway needed. If it requires mowing or simply Weed eating. We can do trimming or tend to a flower bed. During the leafy season we can also leaf blow.
